that looked and sounded pretty much amazeballs, I didn't play it through an amp but I did have a good fondle while you were outside ;) Not in a JB way.

Not quite as cosy as the venue for my first gearfest, the one foal booked, but sure looks pretty snug! Looked like an awesome day of gear porn! That crimson creation looks great, Jean!

My tele? not much to say about it, bought from Danny so he can give the full provenance. The body has lovely crazing, the neck just feels like silk - I think its Wenge? Right neck profile, medium for me though I've learned to love fat... Pickups I don't remember they're detailed somewhere, has the full tonelounge kit in there.

I used to hate teles, but now my hearing is fucked in the ice pick range - I love it ;)

I'd just shaved the top of my head for Diwali. Or something....
So the lights could bounce off it...

Remind me to keep the fucking hat on ;) My dad at 93 still has a full head of hair. Skips a generation apparently ;)

Last two pics of the man who arrived last (or was that Bender?) No photos of Bender's gear sadly, nor the man himself.

I have to say today has spurred me to find out whats wrong with my shoulder, so I can get if fixed and then actually play guitar again. I've given up on it over the last few months. Some great sounds today, but when I'm firing on full cylinders, yeah you'd be toast.

The Soldanos of Optical were excellent.

So many guitar things today to like.

I've promised a new year fest.... just need a change of venue I think. Room was a bit small.

Any suggestions? I thought the bollox fests were ok, but wasn't sure we'd get the turnout this time...
Happy to book it next time if we have commitment :)
