Re: Christchurch Gearfest - 22nd August 2020
Hey some great shots there. An amazing range of gear to check out yesterday, what a great idea. Love the GEARFEST!! I tried to check everything out but still missed a lot. I had a quick play on JBs strat and that felt like a guitar you cud spend some time with, same with the Ash of cdogs. I like the Super too and the dynamic range was surprising and made me feel very connected to the amp. That trem on the Deluxe Reverb felt real nice from across the room. It was cool to see so much hand made gear. Had a blast, and it was nice to meet you all.

My pleasure!! I can't put that strat down, poor old tele gathers dust now

Sent you a text but possibly didn't come through. Just thought if you were passing through I could have given you my R8 to take seeing as I wasn't going to be there. Might have been a few people that would have liked to hit an A chord on it
Looked like it was a good day had by all
