Don't believe that for a second.
I had the opposite problem... I was so freaked out by the nakedness of the clean tone it made my playing pretty boring tbh... looking back on it now it makes me want to add a bit of dirt and be a bit looser cause its very stiff

I Slapped a few bars together. Haven't had my laptop set up for any recording since the hard drive died so it was good to get Reaper set up.
Ooosh... I like that. Some really cool phrasing and the tone is great - what amp you goin' through?

If there's still a slot free towards the end of the weekend, I'll have a crack.

I got as far as downloading mp3, attempting to import into Presonus studio One which didn't want to accept in mp3 format. It's been a while since I humiliated myself by activating that software or even messing with a computer at home.
Anyway it was on play back through windows media and sounding quite nice through the audiobox22 and old faithful Tapco TH15. Had the plexi there with nothin' but guitar lead, sort of lost creativity after going round in circles with the computer thing. Got a feel for it - sort of E to A thing. Dunno really, the thought of if I change to wav format, get the track running, queue in at right moment, hit record then add that track to the existing when done. Cold sweat, guess it's off to video learning slope.

Just got a whole lot simpler, I loaded Audacity into my dusty 'recording computer', looks favourable. Still no result to share, you guys set that bar high. Best bit is I set the plexi controls to the heart of the sun...omg
Anyway moving on, don't wait for me - next.
