NGD First Ibby
New for me Ibanez SZ320 picked up today
Managed to pick up this for a reasonable price of $300 of the Marketplace
Made in Korea…nice solid guitar resonant AF …pickups seem pretty dynamic too…first time playing Ibanez and not something in the gibson or fender scale zone…am
Wanting to get a bit more adventurous with my playing and this may be the very thing to get me going …great neck on it…chur….ps I know my lack of pedals is sad…that’s a 2025 resolution to sort out….

Old bandmate had one we used on a few recordings. Quite a sleeper, I reckon. Good player and wider tonal array than I expected.

Getting great tones out of it for sure….middle position is supposed to be single coil which is great…real bell like quality to the pickupsThe Scarecrow wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 6:44 pm Old bandmate had one we used on a few recordings. Great ergonomics on those SZ models, almost bought one about a decade back but I tried to wangle a deal out of the shop and instead of cash off, they wanted to give me a whole lot of stuff I didn’t want or need so I left it.
Nice guitars though…

Re: NGD First Ibby
These are cool - my father in law has one and it's a well made, high quality guitar. I borrowed it for a while to play with more shred-y lead stuff and was impressed.
