Strat fact
the only reason there are so many stratocasters around is that they are simply too large to fit in a house hold blender.

One morning you will wake up in your bed feeling pleasantly exhausted with the sun streaming down on a stratocaster lying next to you.

I have had a fair few Les Paul guitars since the 1980s, including a custom shop one. The best one by far is my current one. A humble 1990s Studio model with an ebony fingerboard. Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge and Dimarzio 36th Anniversary PAF in the neck. I do not know why, but it just sounds really good. Plays pretty good too (not as well as my SG, but it sounds better).
