langcaster explorer

does anyone know mcuh about these its fantastic to play but havent used it in a long time so looking to move it on and was wondering about value

i also have a peavey wolfgang evh guiatr im looking to shift aswell both rare guitars hard to find a value on them

peavey: is that a USA made one? if I were you I'd list it for closer to $1500 and slowly reduce the price each relist if no buyers

The Peavey definitely looks more comfortable to shit than the explorer

Gentlemen, this is a new member. Be nice until they get used to us.

Abfarms2021ltd, the Peavey is interesting. As the non Floyd version, I think it's the better option but I don't know if the market agrees with me. Certainly $1500 seems fair for the right buyer but that buyer isn't me.

Now the Langcaster..... This will seem unreasonable to someone who owns one but there is no institutional love for them here and if you invite opinion on them, be prepared for some blunt comments. It probably derives from the silly promotional hype and claims Langcaster were notorious for when they first appeared.

The Langcaster is the Edsel of the NZ guitar world. Most of the posting members of this forum like to snob the brand as they don't understand that the Langcaster is special.
The one you have actually looks pretty cool - what's it like to play? What did you pay for it?

I would be interested if the price was fair.
