I’m not familiar with Frank Brothers, but I think this Walsh is way cooler than a Bilt.

Oh for sure. I do love a Bilt though.

Castedosa is another excellent one.

I spent far too long on his website last night. There's some strange and cool stuff there. Your one looks like it met Dennis Fano at some point and I mean that as a compliment.
Happy NGD Ben!
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Yeah, I love his aesthetic. This shape of both this and the Fano you’re referring to is actually from an old Rickenbacker Combo 600. I’ve admired those Fanos for a while too :-)

This guitar is right up your alley too- the neck is very similar to my Radian and your Korinacaster, and the bridge pickup is pure joy.

Oh my. Just used this in a jam with 66.666667% of the Bull Kelp Surfers, and it was an absolute joy. Need to get used to how teles spank the high notes again, but otherwise it was excellent.

Kinda. Gold foils have a kinda hi-fi/lo—fi thing going on (extended, airy top end, but a kind of graininess, while some also have a full, bell-like midrange). This is in that family, without the extended top end (which can be a bit of an issue with surf music), and is cleaner and fuller sounding. Really nice tone.
