One other aspect to consider…

If she is a classical player, she may well be more comfortable with the wider string spacing on guitars with a 1&3/4” (45mm) nut, as opposed to the smaller 1&11/16 (42mm) that is common on parlor guitars, also most Takamines and the Taylor GS series. Guitars built for finger style often have the wider string spacing.

Here’s a cheap option. Does not have wider string spacing though.

Not a cutaway, but I am selling an all-mahogany Sigma 000-sized guitar with wide string spacing…ticks nearly every other box I’d say.

I think there a bunch of solid top hog Tanglewoods in their slightly-smaller super folk size, and the cort GA5 range has cut-away - who knows if the mahogany top variant is in NZ but some of them also have the 1.75 nut. Cort also have parlor guitars in mahogany with a 1.75” nut, but no cut away. Crafter and (surprisingly) Fender might also be worth a look.

I looked for that one on TM at the start of this thread, as I thought it might be a great fit. Did not see it, so thought it was sold. If I remember right this specific model is all solid wood? Good buy if so.

And then there's this one also, on TM: https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/marketplace ... f=DV5LWu45. I think it is a cheaper version of the one above.

Whoops, sorry - didn't see your comment. Specs say: solid mahogany top; mahogany neck, back and sides.
