Strat bridge humbucker aesthetics -> implementation
Going to put a humbucker in the bridge of my Oly white road worn strat, would you go with a worn nickel cover, all white bobbins, or a zebra setup (seems more traditional), or what?

Paging Starfire....
White all the way. Murky is right; I have a shiny hb in the bridge of my strat. Love the pickup, but not so much aesthetics.

I've never quite got on with the look of HSS strats, which is why I've never had one despite them being so good as all-rounders. All white seems like it would fit best with an Olympic white strat with a maple neck, but maybe Zebra if it's got a Rosewood fingerboard.

Re: Strat bridge humbucker aesthetics
I wonder about the zebra thing, cause original PAFs sometimes were zebra under the covers and some strats in the 60s might have got one of those in them... who knows...

The real JB has a Blackguard with a PAF neck. Probably my desert island guitar.
