I've got a set of KA 'sky' in a Strat project been in there maybe 12 years. Works, dunno I'm no PU cork sniffer.

This Strat I brought the other month has a set of Kent Armstrong p/ups.They actually sound really good,nice vintage Strat sound and most probably leave them in it.
