NGD: All the things!
First up, a pair of Gibsons:
On the left is a 2013 Gibson SG Special- this is one seriously bad-ass guitar. It's lightweight, resonant, feels awesome to play, and the P-90s have a really satisfying snarl to them.
On the right is a 1978 Gibson 335 Deluxe. This is a bit of a special beast- it came up for sale a few years ago, but I couldn't make it work, so one of my mates bought it instead, and I've coveted it ever since. It has Doyle-coil Tru Clone PAF pickups that sound awesome, and a decent sized neck, without being a baseball bat. I've got one of the little "Custom Made" plates that you often see on 335s that have had Bigsbys added, but I kinda like the look of the stud holes.
Both came from a chap with a rather serious Instagram situation, so his photos are way better than mine:

Moar SG:
Bogner Duende 15w
I've had GAS for one of these since playing one about 15 years ago in Mojo Sound on Cuba St in Wellington (before they imploded). It always struck me as a really great Swiss army knife amp- one channel covers Fender clean to saturated tweed, the other covers raunchy Marshall plexi to fairly high gain chug (well, to me at least). It also has built in tremolo and independent reverb per channel (although the reverb isn't quite my cup of tea). It's really easy to dial in great tones at both neighbour (and house-mate) friendly and gig-worthy volumes. It sounds best with the master wide open though.
Which segues nicely to my new amp!Bogner Duende 15w

Re: NGD: All the things!
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!
Mr Glynn Black Sand Humbucker sized p-90s for my Duesenberg: These are exactly what this guitar needed. I've been through a few pickup combos on this (including several Duesenberg models and TV Jones Classics), and had been fairly happy with the Mojo Tone Gold Foils I had in it, but these really finish the guitar off nicely. I found all of the Duesenberg pickups that I tried far too pristine and hi-fi for my liking, so characterful pickups were definitely where it was at. These will work well for Surf, but also sound great with a bit more drive.
I also have a set of his Cruel Mistress pickups for my Tele, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to putting those in.

Mostly due to a big sell up actually- a few guitars and amps went out to make way for these. The Scarecrow wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 4:03 pm Phwoar... Powerball winner up in here?

Very nice Ben. Love the 335, and the amp, in fact all of it really. Quite a change-up you did there.

I'm down to:olegmcnoleg wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 4:48 pm Very nice Ben. Love the 335, and the amp, in fact all of it really. Quite a change-up you did there.
1967 Gretsch 6120
1978 Gibson 335
Duesenberg Caribou
Radian Tele
Gibson SG
Plus a stray Jazzmaster that has made itself a temporary home here.
The first 4 cover just about any thing that I could possibly need, but the SG feels so different to all the others that it brings out completely different things when I play it. I had figured I'd sell it once I got the p-90s for the Duesenberg, but I'm not so sure now.
