Probably not great but for $109 you get the following:
1 X Poplar body Strat style guitar with maple neck and artificial wood fretboard (?).
1 X Very small looking 5W amp
1 X Guitar bag
1 X Strap
1 X Guitar stand
1 X digital tuner
1 X Guitar cable
2 X picks
1 X Strings
1 X Allen key
Seems like great value if it's half way playable.
Could be a good guitar for someone's kids just starting out or a mod platform to practise setups on?

wondering if Fender will get all trademarky about the headstock? Don't they have that owned and covered?

yeah not sure. You see dozens of necks for sale with the strat head and they seem to get away with it

I was thinking the same. $109 for the maple (looking) fretboard with fender headstock shape would be a cheap base for a frankenstrat.
