Yeh, Matt didn't screw up that opportunity.

This has always been an outstanding axe, only thing I'd change is a cover on the bridge pickuphandsoffmatt wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 10:48 amHere's my "blank paper" custom from the ESP Custom Shop. Was a pretty fun exercise to go through for myself, and the finished product has been my main gigging guitar ever since..

Nice! What are the specs?handsoffmatt wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 10:48 am Here's my "blank paper" custom from the ESP Custom Shop. Was a pretty fun exercise to go through for myself, and the finished product has been my main gigging guitar ever since..
I have my ASH customworks superstrat. I was probably too inexperienced to know what I was doing when I ordered it, but Adrian managed to fill in the blanks and I dont think I'd change much if I was ordering it again today.

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

The main ingredients are pretty standard and obvious: Alder body, maple neck , RW board.Lyle wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 11:46 amNice! Pickups are Dimarzio Area 61 / HS2 / PAF 36th.
The customization was all in the "tweaks":
- Relatively chunky neck
- Wilkinson VSVG bridge
- Compound radius
- Stainless frets
- "Wheel" truss rod adjustment
- Locking tuners
- Custom wiring scheme:
Controls: Master vol, Neck tone, Bridge tone with "no load" at 10.
Middle pickup selector position selects neck + bridge
Position 5 (bridge only) "sees" 500k volume pot whilst all other positions "see" 250k.
Not only did I get exactly the tweaks I wanted, but coming from the ESP Custom Shop, the build quality is second to none. It's a great axe!

The bukake model is the one played kneeling on the ground while your bandmates stand around you in a circle apply facial moisture from a distance.Capt. That's the one where you run and slide across the floor betwen two lines of bandmates, on your knees, shirt off... like an honour guard... or a 21 gun salute...werdna wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 7:50 amThe bukake model is the one played kneeling on the ground while your bandmates stand around you in a circle apply facial moisture from a distance.Capt.
