Anyone have any further info? One of those names that's super hard to google

Avoid the seller like the plague, he seems like a nutter!!
You're probably better off buying a Harley Benton if you wanna spend that kind of cash, or a second-hand Squier Classic Vibe

Answered your own question there at the end. Steer clear.

To me, that looks like a pretty bad Chinese strat copy that someone has stuck a piece of veneer onto the headstock. On that veneer the word 'capo' has been poorly burnt. I would advise to avoid and I believe the seller is a pretty dodgy bugger going off some of the posts about him here.

"CAPO will be manufacturing further types of guitars and from low pricing up to high end depending on consumer demand"
Someone should ask him about his manufacturing facilities!

I heard from Glynn about a week ago and he told me that since COVID he no longer does setups or repairs

I wonder if him and the other luthier mentioned are aware their names are on those listings...

My guess is Chinese kits, finished and assembled here, wood looks cheap...

The LP is based on high end original SG specs.

So from a quick bit of sleuthing, the LP at least appears to be built from an Artist Guitars kit, same wood spec etc... the Strats I imagine are the same deal, or perhaps worse given theres a glued on logo, it might be a cheap chinese guitar with the logo covered up...
