The Russians have come up with a brilliant protest, waving toilet brushes. Brilliant, applies to so many things. Some of them were goldplated which seems appropriate for this thread!

Billy is a well known local musician, whom I've had the displeasure of sharing a stage with... and a guitarist.
That covers NZ and Guitars. If only the site was called nzguitarsconspiracytheoryloonys.com every base would be covered.

Imagine paying $1200 for one of these earlier this year, then seeing this. You'd have a shitty guitar, no money and probably a stroke.
