You blokes should be cops.

So, who hasn't been blacklisted and would like to tell him the news?

The CoA on the R9 reverb auction is actually for this guitar.

Interesting on the trademe photos you can see the CoA but there's a hang tag covering all the details. Sketchy!

The CoA he has on TM says Les Paul Standard. WTF? Is he that thick?

He’s scamming himself.

EDIT: I am wrong...the R9's had these certs at this point.

Wouldn't matter if TradeMe closed his account. He'd just set up another. It all goes to underline that it's a case of buyer beware. Thank God I don't buy any gear these days. It's shark-infested out there.

What a turd. It was bought off the trader known as Swordfish in a private sale.
Swordfish is an upfront guy.
Does not sell any fakes.
Buys/bought his stuff via the Rockshop and Conways outfit.

I also recall the guitar had a bunch of the same sort of questions raised in trademe madness at the time it was for sale :D

An R9 is a reissue of a 1959 Les Paul Standard. The COA is correct.
