That one’s been on TM for a while.

Personally, I love these, but they seem out of favour at the moment. Seems like a good price to me.

He might be prepared to come down - he’s been trying to shift it for a few months.

TM fees on 2350 must be at least 200+? If it’s been for sale for some time and you can secure outside TM and thus he saves the fees, it feels to me like a deal should be capable of being done around the $2k mark and that sounds like a grab-worthy thing!

I'm pretty sure that he listed his phone number on a previous auction. If you check expired listings it might be there

So I BOUGHT it!
He's a top chap and previously listed it for $2.8k on TM and $2.6k on FBMP, then dropped to $2.35k.
It's heavy at 4.6kg = 10.14lbs, but I think I didn't weigh it correctly.
It certainly doesn't feel like a 10 pounder.
Anways, I appreciate the comments from you fine folk.
