I'll assume they are:
I've long loved the idea of a Gold Strat and that one is cool. If I'm honest and standing in front of them all, I'd possibly take the white relic in preference.
Once that was decided, my other hand would be carrying the Tele.
oops missed your selection!
guess what, both the Gold and white relic strats you chose were LSL Strats

Perfect! I've lost sleep after both the LSL's I've met.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

I'd still go the tele.

I just sold my CS 60. Wasn't going to, then I was, then I wasn't, but it was a decent offer and I've a prewired 69 pickup set waiting for a home so am hopeful a suitable candidate will be along soon.

Think the HH Blacktop is worth keeping stock.

I'm a bit late to the party, but the blue Tele in your original post gets my vote. Not really a fan of Strats that aren't SSS

Interesting. I remembered it was very capable of making lovely sounds, just found the switching a bit challenging.

Despite there being nothing wrong with the HH arrangement in the Blacktop I couldn't resist putting my CS69 drop-in in there; especially as I'd just sold my CS60 so no longer had a SSS guitar. Pretty disappointed with the outcome if I'm honest. I think the 60 must've been a particularly good guitar despite my not liking the skinny neck. Maybe it was the rosewood board to some extent too. Don't know. But the 69 set with a maple neck sounds kind of 'hard' as best I can describe it. Will no doubt suit some things better but that warm, dirty blues thing I was getting out of the 60 is gone.

So now I want a rosewood Strat...

Take the cover off the bridge HB to match the bobbins and they'd all be fine...

I'd go 3,4,6. I like relic's but don't love the wear on that relic but I like the paint so I would just relic it more. I like shell pink because it's rare in New Zealand compared to the other colours, and the tele is pretty sweet. I don't love that particular rosewood fretboard. Hope you get an LsL the more of those that come to NZ the more likely I am to one day try one.

I saw that. Can't tell you anything about them, sorry, but it's cheap enough for a punt.

EMGs seem to be polarising. I think for the high gain stuff good but I guess another taste thing.
