Re: Baritone Madness
Shit, i took a second to realise this was a dredge as the price on that Mushok was admirable.... then I realised singlecoil had commented so it wasn't recent
I actually picked up the Mushok PRS in the brown burst a few months ago. Mine was fortunate enough to come with a SD Jazz and JB combo over the stockers and from what I've gathered, an improvement. Playing high gain in Drop A, I may look to get something more modern sounding in the bridge though..

If you can wait until December, this is likely a comparable, and likely better option in terms of price and location.Jake wrote: ↑Thu Oct 27, 2022 9:43 am People have been raving about these as a cheap option, I'd be keen to grab one if the wait time wasn't so long!

Re: Baritone Madness
I also vibe this pretty hard. More Bass VI territory but could string it to baritone scale easily

Re: Baritone Madness
If Artist's overall modus operandi of very good gear at very low prices applies to this as well (and I can't see what it wouldn't) then this might be an absolute weapon. It's loaded with their Bullbuckers which, based on my ears' experience with them, are kind of like the jack of all trades of low-cost pickups - very good balance of cleans and dirty. Cool that they've gone with a Jazzmaster shape as well.Olderama wrote: ↑Thu Oct 27, 2022 2:40 pmRegistered interestThe Scarecrow wrote: ↑Thu Oct 27, 2022 10:04 amIf you can wait until December, this is likely a comparable, and likely better option in terms of price and location.Jake wrote: ↑Thu Oct 27, 2022 9:43 am People have been raving about these as a cheap option, I'd be keen to grab one if the wait time wasn't so long!

I can’t speak highly enough of mine- Squier Paranormal Cabronita Baritone:
Not cheap here, but not horrendous either.
