The blue one has my favourite Fender finish.
The pink one has no dots.

I think that blue is also my favourite Fender colour. I like their olympic white and sea foam green too.

You are correct, no clay dots, and 22 frets :wtf:

The pink one is documented in the "What's on your workbench'" thread.

and here: https://www.nzguitars.com/forum/viewtop ... 65#p899465

it is currently my favourite electric guitar, I'm really enjoying playing it.

Here's mine. Warmoth build, ex. Oleg's Guitar Emporium. Not one for the traditionalists, that's for sure!!
Chambered ash with maple cap; locking tuners; roller nut; compound radius neck; stainless frets; USA wilkinson trem; obsidian kit.

Originally, it had a tort guard, black plastics and a SD JB in the bridge. I found the JB great in a mix, but at home the honk eventually got to me. Fitted a SD Pearly Gates courtesy of @codedog, who also happened to have an obsidian kit to go with it. Bonus! Replaced the guard with what you see (waited 4 months for nzguitparts to restock!).

This is such a nicely put together guitar. It's light and resonant. I know fancy tops are pretty polarising in the guitar world, but I think the burst does a great job of balancing the flame (imo :)) The first guitar I have owned for a mighty long time that I have truly bonded with.

Currently has A2 SC's that although nice, are a bit polite. I've put a few pedals on TM so I can get some $$ together for some A5"s from Mr G. Oh....and a bigger pedalboard.

So glad this one went to a loving home. And I have to say it looks awesome in its new trim.

Now I'm second-guessing. The MJT is one that I painted, eh?
