Yeah, that's rubbish. The mismatched neck thing is overstated. Yes, old ones have some fade variance, but nothing like this.

If it were cheap, it would be a great candidate for a new top carve and refin.

okay, not a Gibson as such and maybe not a shocker but... would you buy the new Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Jimi Hendrix Flying V, say $3K NZ?

Never been a fan of that kind of painted guitar, so that's a yeah nah from me even before I take into account the price.

I think its cool, but it will be even more expensive than that here I expect, it wasn't so long ago that was Gibson money :-(
