Very happy New Guitar Day.
Got up crazy early to go to the courier office. Wanted to catch the parcel before it went out with other deliveries.
It's all the things. Loads of sustain and clarity. Strong highs - not piercing at all. Dynamic. All that stuff. The relic work is excellent too. Neck isn't the baseball bat I expected. It's the biggest I've got but I'm sure my Nocaster was bigger. Frets too. They're medium whereas my Nocaster were monster.
The dealer also has an Ancho Poblano Strat that I'm interested in. Got to pace myself though. These things are extra spendy compared to a few years ago. On the plus side, even though I'm still just jamming along with stuff it's better than not playing at all.
