Me too! I’m going to run it in the effects loop of my HX stomp for my small grab’n’go

Following closely. In the loop of an HX is a brilliant idea.

Captain's Log, Day One.
Got it working with the HX Stomp. Eventually. The fact that HX and Tonex have two separate power sources (ungrounded), plus two separate USB connections into my computer (via a USB hub) caused a tonne of grief. Seemingly sorted by presently using a Line 6 wireless guitar unit for my guitar input into the HX, and by changing the USB hub to a non-powered one.
First impressions. Impressive sound, and the HX Stomp has a great set of pedals (or pedal equivalents, anyway). Not 100% sure I'd be comfortable using it live until I understood everything a lot better. But I can see the theory involved. Also, variable quality of amp tones - but that was the same for the Kemper early days, before people realised they could make money by creating professional profile packs that sound better than any presets or anything you could profile at home. That will definitely happen fast here (looks like its already happening).
Annoyance: Cannot adjust the tone on your computer. Rather you have to select a Tonex preset on your computer. Then load it onto the Tonex Pedal (by overwriting an existing preset). And then tweak that on your pedal. Clumsy - and reminds me of pre-editor Kemper days.
