New Japanese Tele Day

I took delivery of this Fender Japan exclusive 60s telecaster last week, which I purchased through Ishibashi. I didn't have a whole lot to spend and this fit the brief.

Vintage radius and frets, alder body, feels really light. It is a bit dinged up, but it's a tele, they're meant to taje a beating.

I had a few upgrade parts in the parts bin, so I swapped out the bridge hardware for one with brass saddles. I also had the guts of a Baja tele from a project lying around, so this now has the Twisted Tele/Broadcaster set with the S1 switching.

Unfortunately I only had sets of 9 gauge strings left, this feels like it really wants 11s, but other than I'm super pleased.

(I'm terrible at taking photos)
