Your classic pairing for 5E3s is an American voiced speaker like a Jensen. You'll still get Tweedy dirt and relatively low headroom rather than blackface cleans though.
I used to own one with a Celestion Greenback. Now that had it's own thing going on. The low sensitivity meant you got very low volume drive, and plenty of mids.
It depends what you're after.

I think that the Weber 12A125-S would suit me best but cost of getting it him gets very expensive with the impact of covid on delivery times & freight costs.

You can also fit an 12at7 or a ecc81 in the preamp to tame it a bit IIRC

Gotta say, I'm just loving this amp! A 6V6 clean is so much warmer than a typical Fender 6L6.
