You could consider Ernie Ball ribbon cables? that is what I ended up using. very compeact and come in a range of useful lenghts

Not set in stone but maybe CXM 1978 reverb, diamond compressor, free the tone eq, Tc Electronic boost line dist clean boost, and Chase Tone secret preamp and an echoplex ep3 which sits on top of the amp.

Took the mixer off my pedalboard. Looks a lot cleaner. Filled the empty space with ODs. Probably don't need four.
