Out of bed, out of a chair, even bloody getting something out of a low drawer in the kitchen these days.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

It has been probably a decade since I went near a bean bag, for exactly that reason.

And why do I have to make long grunting noises when I do get up out of something?
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

New pedal additions: Red Witch Binary Star and another Strymon Flint.

The Binary Star is a bit of a finicky pedal tbh. I can get some excellent slap back echoes going and it does the washy analog delay thing extremely well. But as soon as you move the Depth (modulation) up from nothing it gets super out there. I was hoping it would do some Polymoon-esque sounds, and they might be in there, but I'm still getting the hang of it. Pretty happy so far though.

The Flint sounds amazing, everyone knows what that's about :)

Why would anyone ever sit in a bean bag anyway? They are demeaning whatever your age. The only sensible way to dismount is to roll to the right or left onto your knees.

Did I mention uncomfortable?

Best way to get out of one is to have the sense to never get into it in the first place.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Aikido is the best cure for this, we willingly smash our bodies into mats to learn how to do it without hurting ourselves, it armours your body in the process.

Finally relented and bought a bigger board to fit all the pedals I frequently use. 3 flavours of dirt. The board's dimension is similar to a metro 24 but the width is just enough to fit a fuzz face.

Gentleman pedalboard which is made in Aus. The KOT is actually the pedal I've owned the longest (over a decade now). It does magical things with strats and 6v6s. I'm pretty sure you'll love yours when it arrives.
