NGD: Les Paul Studio Faded black P90
Bought it for $350 nzd from a friend here in Japan today. He moved to a new home and decided to sell this one for cheap. I believe they still go for $1000 used in the market? Anyway here's the new gat. I'm already in love with it. I'm still after a gold top Gibson though.
Got this one complete with documentation and the original Gibson soft case. Hasn't been used for about a year as well ever since he bought one of my guitars.
Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded Blacm. P90. This guitar screams tone!

These were bargains at RRP (well, some of them, Gibson quality control being what it is). At $350 you're laughing.

If you upgrade the pickups let me know and I'll buy the old ones
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

That's pretty! My go to beater around the house is a 2008 Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded, albeit with 490R/498T humbuckers. Nice and lite, nice feeling fatter neck profile. Naturally relics quite well without the paint etc.
No one ever died of hard work.. but why take the risk..

You probably have the 50s type? I would love to have humbuckers too but that's when I could get the gold top. It's very light indeed. Feels great to play. Taking me some time to get used to it haha. Played a strat pretty much the whole time.
