new old pedal day, I lent this to someone about years ago, he lives up Orewa way and I've not been as far north as since. Put it on courier I tell him. So finally after 6 monthly nags and threatening to send it birthday and Xmas cards, it is finally back. Just in time for me to make some noise while the missus gets her hair done.
Built by the wonderful Bro of Fuzz himself, tried it out at the Manor when first met him, and bought on the spot. Geraniums don't usually sound this awesome, petal.

Re: NOPD
Cool. I'd like to try one of FB's pedals. I came to the forum a bit later than when he was active, I think.
Is it based off anything? Looks like 3 transistors - MkIII tone bender?

No idea, it just sounded so fucking great when I plugged it into my marshall Blacko would be the guy to ask.Darth Sabbathi wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 5:01 pm Cool. I'd like to try one of FB's pedals. I came to the forum a bit later than when he was active, I think.

I had one of his overdrives for awhile too, and that was mean.
I also had an amp he made which wasn't my cup of tea, but he did mod my marshall 36 watter too - he had/has a huge stash of old components from surplustronics when they were a great shop, splitting up all sorts of weird and wonderful old gear. A literal goldmine. So he'd use that stash for components that made a difference.
Thats in the to be rebuilt pile. Power tx went - fucking weber. I have a new one but its been about 10 years so I have no idea where it is! Got it from Ryan, thats how long ago.

in the loop of my helix I wouldn't care but there was still life in the battery. Not enough to give me a heart attack but my tongue was definitely prickled.

I thought I was the last one to give you the sensation of a little prick on your tongue!
