I picked this up the other day. Gibson SG with p90's. I stayed strong and resisted on the Gibson that had p90's that was on here, and also resisted a phelam blue Jnr that was on Trade a couple of days later, but couldn't resist this.
GrantB had a really nice Epiphone SG with p90's that he had Adrian from ASH guitars paint in the same colour. I' loved how that guitar looked, and always had it in the back of my mind to grab something similar if it ever came up.
It's got the matt finish that has shined up on the back on the neck from play. I'm toying with polishing it up to make it shiny, but not sure if I should do it. Molly's epiphone firebird has got the same matt finish and we're both wondering about polishing the guitars up - but want the other person to try it first!
I picked the guitar up in Hamilton the last time I was up there, a few weeks ago. I met the seller. She was really nice, and was a middle aged woman, with short hair, and was wearing glasses and cardigan. Her final words to me were 'you'll love the guitar - it's really Rock n Roll.' I thought that was really cool - so that's the guitars name now

Re: NGD - Rock n Roll
thanks guys. it's a great guitar. I'm not sure if it is an ebony or rosewood neck. it's dark for rosewood, but sort of light for ebony, if you know what I mean
