My Tele that I built a few years back. She's a bit rough but sounds great. It's a mish mash of hardware, but they all go well. It has an old Bill Lawrence Keystone in the neck and an old Fender Deluxe 2000's pup in the bridge. TM bargain bin finds. It has a Mastery for the bridge and rock solid Gotoh tuners. Not too heavy Ash body, maple+rw neck, 3 way switch with the only switch cover that will stay attached, a Strat one! hah!

New guitar day!

I've been a big fan of G&L ever since I've heard about them. And seeing @Slowy with his G&L Fullerton Legacy made me want one of their guitars even more. This would be my first G&L guitar I've ever owned. Okay, it's only a Tribute.

G&L Tribute Legacy. Fullerton Red, 3-ply white pickguard, tinted gloss neck, Maple fingerboard. Weighing at 3.8kg (not too heavy, not too light - just right). Made by Cor-Tek in their Indonesian factory on Jan 2021.

There was a Facebook listing that went unsold for a long time. It went down to a very good price. It's almost new - better condition than a lot of floor stock guitars in music shops I've played. I was looking for a Strat to upgrade my existing Artist ST62 guitar. i also wanted a maple fretboard guitar.

It looks absolutely gorgeous to me. Sounds like a Strat that got a bit swole from lifting weights. Plays great. Good craftsmanship.

I was quite surprised with the electronics install as well. Inside cavity is well shielded - so it cuts down a lot of the EM and RF noise. Very happy about that.

The pickups sound great. I may want to get a set of Mr Glyn's Bellbirds to replace them but I'm in no hurry to.

But yeah, very happy with my purchase. It will join my lineup of Cor-Tek made instruments along with Cort A4 Plus bass guitar.

I missed this. Looks great. The Tributes are really good. So good that I'm not sure the retail on an American one is worth the extra.
Mine's the only Strat I need.

Treated myself to a NGD.

Total sucker for blocks, binding and a matching headstock, and am quite impressed with the CV Squier Tele, so after I spotted this at the RS it was just a matter of time.

I can’t remember how the last JM I played sounded, so in the dark on whether the pickups are good or not, but it holds tune pretty well, and everything sounds good through the 1974x.

No, looks like a decent hazy so should be a nice drop.

Not really, beer spills only add mojo to 335s.

You want heavily processed beer?

But no, hazy beers aren't less processed, you get the haze from lots of wheat malt and a metric crap tonne of hops. They aren't filtered of course, but that is hardly heavy processing, just a shortcut to get bright beer without a reasonable time spent on conditioning.
