Re: John Mayer Worshipthread
Neil Young and his wife Pegi organised annual concerts for the Bridge School in Mountain View, California, which she co-founded; their two sons, who have cerebral palsy, attended the school. The Youngs divorced in 2016 and she died in 2019. The Harvest Moon Gathering benefits both the Bridge School and the Painted Turtle Camp, founded by Paul Newman, which offers a free camp experience to chronically ill children and their parents.

He's not a patch on James Blunt though.

I'm finding my John Mayer G string sticks on my nut when I use the wobble stick.

Re: John Mayer Worshipthread
I have run a nut file through the nut slot and tried a bit of pencil lead which has helped bit.jeremyb wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2025 5:22 pmThis is why I string my strat with a wound G!sizzlingbadger wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2025 5:16 pm I'm finding my John Mayer G string sticks on my nut when I use the wobble stick.
I use Elixir optiweb coated strings, I may try something else to see if that is the issue, others on t'internet have had success changing from coated strings. Annoyingly my (1/3rd of the price) SE never had that issue

Re: John Mayer Worshipthread
I much prefer John in the trio compared to the big band scenarios...
