I think Michael Tobias invented asymmetrical Bass neck or was very early to incorporate that idea into his instruments.

Growler set up with a Sadowsky New Blue Flats by TG. Smooth but got big punch on tap.

If I go back to Pub Rock Covers Band would probably gig this as #1 of the 4 string basses

I do want to sell / part trade the other one so if anyone is interested let me know

Invariably the winner will be out of town, not read the auction properly and f*** the freight up.

It’s a nice instrument but I don’t need 4 Active 4 string Basses.
I’m not sure I could sell the Steinberger or the Stingray Fretless so it was one of the Growlers.

My first guitar was a Hondo strat, it was probably still better than me.
