there was an Eden valve head on trade me a week or so ago. I`m not sure if it sold. Eden make great bass amps.
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

I have a Fender Super Bassman 300 into a Fender 6 x 10. Great tone and it also does the SVT thing very very well. :-)

I saw that Trademe listing however after a discussion with a tech I'll pass. It's a hybrid and they can be a bit idiosyncratic.

I had one of those and it was awesome.

not quite the real thing, but into an SVT810 it had the whole block rattling. Real nice warm breakup as you dug in too.

Mine was imported from the US and Clarry converted the power to run on 240v. I don't recall him being dismissive about the build quality at all. It had been used by a touring band before I got it, and was rock solid for me for about 7 years till I stopped playing bass and it just collected dust.

After a music store took about 2 months to "get it up from Wellington" (shake my head haha) our bassplayer got an SVT Classic just before Christmas and he is SO happy.
