Lakland P Bass project

Post by Kev77 »

I’ve been on the hunt for bass parts for a new Lakland pickup with PBass project . The lakland chi sonic is a nod to single coils like the Hagstrom basses/ and darkstar pups and some of the older guild Hollowbody basses.
Schaller tuners and the fender high mass bridge. Neck and Body, and pick guard are all parts.
The plan is for a tonestyler 6 in the tone position, and thomastik strings. Plenty happy so far.

That pickup looks cool as fuck! Nice with the black body and rosewood neck too, I like!

i guess its just what im used to seeing, so a headstock looks empty without em to me. But totally just a side comment. Each to their own for sure.
