I'm pretty chuffed with it so far, tone is lovely, have the EQ set at 12pm so no cut or boost and the tone is great, doesn't seem to get much louder from about a third on the volume control, it looks cool as fuck too

It’s only been good news ever since.

Also, Yamaha owns line 6 so all the Helix stuff has the legit Ampeg models in there - it’s a nice time

No rain here, but I have something cool making it's way home soon. Pics to follow later 🙂

I've got a Music Man Sterling, USA made, from 1996, in sunburst. What's it worth?

Sterlings can be hard to shift because Musicman has muddied their branding with their Sterling being their cheap option. Can also be difficult because despite being a Stingray with many of the kinks improved they’re less well known.

I’d probably chuck it on around $2200

Snap on the 2002 Stingray
Took me over three years to find a 2EQ unlined Fretless

Maybe $1900 NZ

Cosmetic condition, recessed neck plate, working switch and 3EQ, original ceramic humbucker, mutes intact on bridge?

Sterling is usually lower $ than Stingray despite supposedly being a tweaked upgrade.

Photos please!!

It is a righteous rig alright and there is nothing quite like a big tube head pushing big cabs.

Rob, I have a Mesa M6 Carbine too which sounds very punchy with the 810. The M9s & M6 Carbines are so very good.
