Dodgy rythym and thick strings here...

What bass though? My sub is remarkably quiet.
The blue bass has returned.

Last time I had it, don’t think I even knew it was active. Don’t remember if I ever plugged it in.

Quite a hiss/ hum playing through the Waza headphones, particularly with the treble turned up. Might be different through a proper amp, but I don’t have one of those yet. Andreas is 2 mins up the road, so might get him to take a look.

When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

LaBella strings? Still deciding on strings. I'm a flat wound chick but it's rocking light guage rounds and as I said, it sounds lovely!
Lightweight? It's not as heavy as a train carrage.

Cranked up the big rig and the old Precision last night. That’s a really comfortable instrument

I’m also a fan of the “TV” headstock font, it’s certainly my favourite

Stingray Fretless is getting a set up and a tweak.
It needs a proper raise in the action.

Probably need refrets on both the MTD and the Tobias now. There’s always $ in upkeep.

Played the old Rickenbacker I sold a relative last night. That big top horn seems to dig into my ribs more than I remember.

I want one of those Sadowsky 4-20s. What's the deal with those in terms of where they're made? Some say Germany, others NYC, and elsewhere.

Sadowsky Bass can be made in New York, China, Japan or Germany (Warwick/Framus)

Apparently the outboard preamp pedals now made in China

No one knows who makes the strings Roger won’t tell us
