Re: Anyone like bass guitars?
I came into the ownership of an old Ibanez Blazer on the weekend. High action, strings only a couple years younger than the dinosaurs. Looking forward to having a decent bass around the house.

Pretty sure I don't . I've actually just bought one of these beasts this week on TM

I’m just going to put p bass pickups in this as I never really liked the mudbucker thing.

Tend to agree, but will tidy it up and re-assess.StrummersOfThunder wrote: ↑Wed Nov 08, 2023 8:46 amAh well, back to the grinder for the time being for me then

I think they were mostly used in the construction industry to level buildings or in some cases, small townships.

She’s an Australian bass player and vocalist.
She posts instagram reels of her doing bass covers, we’ll play alongs. Plays some really cool stuff. I love the Marcus Miller snd Chuck Reiney content she does (steely Dan/fagan)
Enjoy !

Pretty happy with how I got the acition. The low tension strings helped alot.

14th consecutive 12/14 hour day. I'm exactly halfway through my swing, so 14 days to go. Very full on, highly dynamic work environment to boot.
