One suggestion, try the app yousician. It teaches you technique from beginners to experienced with feedback as well. I tried it for fun 6 months ago on guitar and started to enjoy it. While I already could play I flew through first levels to level 8. Lead. Rhythm 6, knowledge 6. They then changed the app so not sure what is the go now but it's well worth a look in on free trial.
