I don't think there's anything wrong with recounting experiences. Or the said luthier recounting their own version of events! As long as it's cordial.

Yeah same one. His second attempt has led to disappointing results.

I'll give it a go myself with a slotted tusq. If only it was done properly in the first place by the manufacturer.

I'll leave it there.

In Taranaki we have Nate Betteridge. He works at Music Works in New Plymouth.
He refretted my Epiphone and did an awesome job
