I’ve never really understood those who say a Mustang feels small, but then I’m a slim tall boy, not a beefcake.
As a long time Mustang fan and owner I always felt the Mustang felt a lot smaller because the bodies are thinner than a Strat/Jag etc. Then I made a couple of Mustangs with full 1 3/4 inch bodies and they still feel small. I put it down to the bout on them.

Vintage have got some pretty fun looking offsets out. Presumably they're relatively cheap and they have a pretty decent reputation for a budget brand.

Hell yeh
Love the design of the surf master
I think the fdour pickup idea is lifted from the dipinmto galaxy most likely, JM shape and interesting to see the thinkline approach applied to it.
The issue I have with very light thinline off sets is that if you set your trem correctly to be stiff enough for good action (ooh er) then it wobbles the guitar body if youre using it with a strap standing (less of an issue if lap playing)

the trans orange surf master with filtertron mount has my attention

Reliefved to see theyve added a roller bridge and not gone for tunomatic , unlike the guild surfliner (which for me was a massive swing and a miss from a very promising start).

Good to see a telemaster in there but Id most def did not need a third p90

Price point? Well reverb has em around the $1k nz point for the orange 4 pickup surfmaster.

Yeah, that's hot AF. Offsets and filtertrons are an excellent combo in my books.

This is up for sale about a two hour drive from my place. The guy wants $600 with gig bag or $700 with a hard case.
What do they go for second hand in NZ? It's a fantastic colour combo for a Jag.

Not too sure about the nitro spec. I know some of the Mexican ones had it but I'm not sure if it was the Vinteras. The guys pretty keen on trades so I'm going to see if we can come up with a deal.
