Do you remember that telecaster body you did the binding routes for me? That'll be finished in a couple of days. Wait till you see that one!Lostininverness wrote: ↑Fri Jun 24, 2022 6:56 pm Nice one - good to see that you managed to get it completed!

Re: Offset chat
Has anyone tried out the new-ish Squier Affinity Jazzmaster? I've not owned an offset before and they look like a good way to dip my toes in the water. The Burgundy Mist colour looks unreasonably good, and the Strat-style trem keeps things nice and simple.

Pics are gone now, but I recall seeing them and it looked really good.
Pickups are more like P90s. And without the JM/Jag vibrato, how much of the offset experience are you really getting? They’re not nearly as difficult to set up as internet wisdom of old would have you believe.

I'm looking forward to my one arriving! Although I'm going to do terrible things to it

Re: Offset chat
Squier ffinity will definitely get you an offset shaped guitar. Likewise if you drop a strat down a staircase there's a good chance of a similar result.

Re: Offset chat
I'll get a pic tomorrow, utilized the stetsbar I've had for a few years basically. Been very impressed with the artist grungemaster - though with the stetsbar and rio grande pickups - they've probably trippled its value, expenditure wise.
