Guitar Refret

Post by k1w1 »

Anyone know a decent reasonably priced luthier/tech in the Wellington region that can do a refret on a 60's Harmony? I have done a few but not really comfortable doing this on my H74.

Otherwise might be incoming GrantB. :)

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

He's not only a talented luthier, he's also the nicest guy!

I can't recommend Grant highly enough. I'm in Christchurch and could have got my LP done here, but I chose to send it up to him instead and am so glad that I did

Lawrence did one for me some time ago - bloody excellent work.
He hit a chord that rocked the spinet and disappeared into the infinite ...
