Bourns VINTAGE BLUE SERIES AUDIO TAPER potentiometers. Fit these to your favourite axe wiht some good Paper in oil capacitors. You will be amazed at how musical your guitar sounds.

I think the guy is just making a genuine post. I'm pretty sure my EBMM Axis has a Bourns volume pot, has an excellent taper and feel to it.
