Pickguard screws?

Super dumb question coming up: I bought my son an ibanez AXS32 for his birthday earlier this year that had had the pickguard removed. After scouring the interweb for months I finally found a replacement at a drum shop in the States and it arrived today. Does anyone know what size screws I should use to put it on? Shouldn't I just be able to get something at bunnings? I had thought this would be simple but mr google suggests that you need to buy expensive ibanez and/or guitar specific ones (which seems stupid - it's just a screw innit?)

You can get a pack of pickguard screws on TM for just a few dollars. If you're incredibly fussy you'll notice that the screws via TM are something like 3.2mm at their widest point whereas the ones generally fitted to a regular Strat are something like 2.8mm. Doesn't really matter unless, like me, you're a bit anal about this stuff....

You could try pinch a couple off the control cavity plate

Also, if there is a tech local to you, you could try them and ask about the ol' box o bits.

Actually that’s a great idea- I will stop at Shearer’s on the way home. Cavity covers could have worked but it’s a big guard with a weird shape and needs 9 of ‘em

It's the silver one - so mirroresque but not quite.
