Yeah - we set up and Springsteened on Friday and then Pink Floyded and packed out on Saturday. On Sunday I was mostly broken and was not keen on the long drive from Taupo to Wellington. Finally made it back powered with many coffees.

Re: Fender joins the multi-effects and modelling world!

Just watched a couple of videos and I reckon it sounds like a POD 2.0 from over a decade ago. Not even in the ballpark of the Kemper or Iridium stuff

does anyone else think the foot switches are a bit awkwardly close together? The whole touch screen thing is also not my favourite to be fair.

I got to work and true bypassed my new Whammy. Not because I desperately needed too, but more because I love a project and it’s more fun than watching tv.

Chuffed with a nice neat job, almost looks stock and wiring is tidy and should be reliable

A Whammy. One of those things you don't really want to pay for, but there's 3-4 songs that just require full WHAM. It will be true bypassed - I'm not that fussy but I have had one before and recall obvious tone-suck-age

Re: The Acoustic Thread

I tried a Furch guitar the other day. Crikey. Not quite my thing tonally but the sustain, tone, feel and intonation was all absolutely spot on. Really, really cool guitars, well checking out if you are in the market.

Should have Boss TR-2 on the way shortly, looking forward to putting that on the board, that will be all Boss pedals apart from Hotcake and Strymon Deco

Re: Show us your pedalboard

Two tuners  Wow! Paranoia, redundancy, alternative tuning tunings, a spare to throw at a recalcitrant bass player (behaviour modification tuning)? What gives? Much simpler than that. Boss tuner for electric guitar, Peterson for acoustic guitar/mandolin. The Peterson box also has a DI box bui...

Re: Hey Wellington Guys

Wondering if someone can help me. I won an auction on TM for a guitar (Jaguar) which was pickup only. Turns out my mate in Wellington is away this week and the guitar needs to be picked up this. week. If someone could pick it up from me (Karori) I'm happy to sort out and pay postage up to Orcland :...

Re: Show us your pedalboard

About as simple as I can get while still having all the sounds I want. Top row lives in the FX loop, bottom row in front of the Plexi Combo. CS-2 only comes out when I'm playing 12 string. Anyone selling a Boss tremolo? Top row is a little squishy and non-matchy!
