i have purchase 2 new JJ el84 to see what they are like and hopefully sort it out Hopefully you got them from some place reputable that sold you tubes that fall within spec of Mesa's pre-set bias. That will be my Jackson 7 string :D missing from the picture are my jackson SL3 and also my LTD H351 NT

Was looking at getting the EVH mini 50 watt but im so glad i got the mini rec its pretty darn good at what it does and is plenty loud enough for the street lol
