Smelly NOAD

Fender 65Bassman. Tube sheet is marked as AA864 as are many 60's Bassmans however from close inspection by a tech, this is the genuine article. Clean machine. Wouldn't know how to break up unaided if it tried. However, clean with lots of body, twin like in fact but half the wattage. The bottom end i...

Re: Unsponsored product shoutout.

I was looking at this stuff a couple of years ago. At the time I'm sure a small test kit, enough for a small cab was around $14. Now it's $55....

Yep, senior moment, meant to say for B it would be an E.

Re: The Harmonica Thread

H671's harp is chromatic. That's a serious undertaking. The blues harps are much simpler. A C harp is for the key of G. For E you will need a B harp etc etc. I learnt by playing along with Cream's "Rollin and Tumblin" and the live "Train Time" but Little Walter is the go to artis...

Building a pedal PSU anyone ???

My MXR CAE Mc403 died recently and prompted me to splurge on a Cioks set up. The unit while dead in the water is I'm sure repairable and would be a great shell ( complete with sockets and cables ) for anyone willing to repair. Happy to donate for cost of shippage to anyone willing to take on the task.

How would you control it?
Use a cloth to apply and rub evenly. If it's not taking enough off use something more abrasive ( as others have posted ) to apply. Try not to inhale any, it's orrible crap.

I would guess Richard Barratt who still holds the gig. A fine and smokin guitar player imho.

Re: Virtual Jeff

I'd like to hear this in person. It seems to sound more natural than the Digitech Whammy, Eventide Pitch Shifter devices but Youtube's audio is not the finest representation. Be f'in great if it was built with the ability to store some open tunings too. Great way to turn your regular gat into a 12 o...

You may strip the poly and be disappointed with what's revealed. How many piece is it? Are they uniformly spaced, centralised and sized? It's a gamble. As Mr Suhr said, paint doesn't have tone. Indeed paint doesn't have tone, that's the problem no ? The number of pieces constituting the body could ...
