JB Builds a Partscaster

Re: Metallica plays NZ in Nov

Its funny, Kirk is pretty damn good and IMO has churned a number of better solo's than both Dave and Reb. Gonna have to disagree on that one. Re: Metallica plays NZ in Nov

From the Axe Attack newsletter: Reb Beach up Kirk! WINGER/WHITESNAKE guitarist Reb Beach isn't the biggest Metallica fan from all accounts. In a recent interview when asked about the comparisons between his playing and that of METALLICA guitarist Kirk Hammett, Beach said, "I don't know the guy...

Re: The Black River Drive thread.

Haha cheers fellas. If you capo on fret 2, Bullet is pretty easy to play including the main riff (Dee-dee-dee-dee daaaa etc if you will). Some dude asked me to tab it once but I don't think we're at a point just yet where more than about 10 people would be excited by that... We're hoping to do some...

Re: Side fret markers....

Hmmmm so when I finally get to the gigging stage I might need to install some, in the mean time I never use them, the question came about cause I'm going to start building something soon and using a LH neck with a switched nut so I can have some reverse headstock madness to please my eye and upset t...
