Have you seen the Novation Diamond and Phoenix? No idea how much they cost or if they sound how you want them to - but they look fantastic

Hey Ant, that work looks great. I'd be too nervous to do anything like that. Just a thought. Is it worthwhile doing other the replacements one at a time, and testing the unit each time. Just in case the new parts make the unit too pristine sounding, and you lose some of the mojo that older units have?

You can remove a stetsbar easily and fit a stop tail, no extra holes created or anything. the trem just comes off and you put the tail piece back on. there's no drilling or anything :-) Interesting.
